When you shop at Fira Market, you’re shopping from gourmet delicatessens in the United Kingdom.

Our gifting marketplace offers a wide range of items to shop, featuring both established producers and emerging innovators. Currently serving the UK, we have plans to expand to new countries soon. Stay informed by signing up for our newsletter and be the first to know about our upcoming launches.

Most orders will arrive at your nominated address within five business days if you order before 8pm. Orders are shipped directly from the seller and prepared during the store's opening hours. Is it possible to send an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only process orders to a single address. For separate deliveries, kindly place individual orders.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the UK nationwide with the option of 1) express delivery (arriving in 1-2 working days) for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm or 2) standard delivery, arriving in 3-5 working days.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

What Is The Cost Of Delivery?

We offer complimentary delivery (3-5 working days) on orders of £100 or more. For orders under £100, there is a small charge of £5.95 for picking, packing and delivering your order.

We offer express delivery (1-2 business days) for £6.95 on orders placed on Monday-Friday before 4pm.

How long is delivery?

How do I change the delivery address of an order?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change the delivery address of a placed order. In certain circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one. Please email us immediately at help@firamarket.com, and we will prioritise your query.

What happens if I'm not in for my delivery?

If you won’t be home for your delivery, our courier may attempt to deliver the package to your neighbour. Alternatively, with your permission, we can leave the delivery at your designated safe place. Please add a note in your delivery requirements on the Checkout page or contact us directly at help@firamarket.com for assistance.

How old do I have to be to receive the order?

We deliver to anyone who is 18 and over. In accordance with Challenge 25, you will be asked to show a form of photo ID before accepting delivery. This is our policy regardless of whether there are age-restricted items or not.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation is possible on orders not yet fulfilled by our sellers. Please email us immediately at help@firamarket.com to cancel your order.

How do I request a return/refund?

While we strive to accommodate our customers, we are unable to offer refunds on perishable items unless there is an issue with the product itself. Our returns policy adheres to the legal guidelines set forth in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which guarantees that all our products meet the standards of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

ITEMS WHICH ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR DEFECTIVE

Should you receive a package from us with items damaged during transit or within three months of the sell-by date, we will exchange the defective goods or issue a partial refund based on your preference. This provision stands if you communicate the issue to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Upon the return of the items, a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted, and it may be necessary for us to request evidence of purchase and/or photographic documentation depicting the damage. This step is intended to facilitate our comprehensive inquiry into the matter, involving our trusted courier and packaging processes.

There are items missing in my hamper. Who should I contact?

PRODUCT SATISFACTION

I received an item that wasn't advertised in the hamper. Why?

While we aim to deliver the hamper as advertised, the contents inside may vary slightly due to stock and availability. Our small and medium-sized producers release a limited number of products each year.

If we are out of stock in an item, we will replace it with a similar product. If you receive any substitutions, we will get in touch with you directly. If you are unhappy with the substituted product, please email us at help@firamarket.com.

How do I report a problem on the quality of a product purchased?

Our sellers will always pick the best date or shelf life of a product available at the time of packing your order. If there are any issues, please contact us at help@firamarket.com, and we will resolve your query as soon as possible.

Please note down your dietary requirements in the free-text field in Checkout, or get in touch with us directly at help@firamarket.com. Please identify the item(s) you would like to swap out in the hamper. Our expert Tastemaker will replace the product(s) with your dietary requirements in mind.
