Meet our producers
La Narval
Founded in 1966 in the Ría de Arousa, La Narval preserves the rich tradition of canning and sources fresh seafood daily from the Cantabrian Sea. Today, the canning process is prepared by hand, and their fish and seafood are expertly soaked in homemade sauces.
Yurrita
Yurrita, a family-owned business founded in 1867, is the oldest canning company in the Basque Country. Their commitment to sustainability and quality is reflected in their choice of traditional fishing methods—utilising only line and hook—and the meticulous, handcrafted canning process for freshly caught fish.
Okina biscuits
Established by the celebrated pastry chef Hervé Lanouguère, Okina biscuits are savoury bites that capture the flavours of the Basque country. Okina uses locally sourced ingredients that are free from artificial preservatives and colouring. The dough is made from Herriko flour (wheat from the Basque Country) and goat cheese from the Pyrenees.
Pancracio
Pancracio, born from Pedro Alvarez's passion for chocolate and design, offers a range of artisanal chocolates elegantly presented in sleek white boxes. Handcrafted with care, these chocolates are made from the finest natural ingredients sourced from exclusive farms committed to fair trade and sustainability.
Isastegi Cider
Established in the 17th century, Isastegi is a historic family estate situated in Basque Country, Spain. They source apples from local orchards within a 15-kilometer radius, distinguishing themselves from producers who use imported concentrates made from frozen apples. Isastegi uses 115 local apple varieties, meeting Euskal Sagardoa standards for natural, quality ciders.
