Meet our producers
Navarra
Situated in Navarra, one of Spain's most fertile regions, this family-run business specialises in processing pulses, vegetables and fruits. The Navarra fish stock, a rich red broth crafted from fish, shrimp, squid and an array of flavourful ingredients, serves as a hearty base for paella.
Okina biscuits
stablished by the celebrated pastry chef Hervé Lanouguère, Okina biscuits are savoury bites that capture the flavours of the Basque country. Okina uses locally sourced ingredients that are free from artificial preservatives and colouring. The dough is made from Herriko flour (wheat from the Basque Country) and goat cheese from the Pyrenees.
Pancracio
Pancracio, born from Pedro Alvarez's passion for chocolate and design, offers a range of artisanal chocolates elegantly presented in sleek white boxes. Handcrafted with care, these chocolates are made from the finest natural ingredients sourced from exclusive farms committed to fair trade and sustainability.
Bodega Finca Venta de Don Quijote
Bodega Finca Venta de Don Quijote, led by José Fernando, is a family-run winery steeped in centuries-old traditions of wine growing. It is located in El Toboso at 780m above sea level and boasts a scenic view of the Toledo mountains. José recognised the vine-growing potential in the poor calcareous soils and embraced organic farming since 1997, with the first vintage bottled in 2006.
