Founded in 1966 in the Ría de Arousa, La Narval preserves the rich tradition of canning and sources fresh seafood daily from the Cantabrian Sea. Today, the canning process is prepared by hand, and their fish and seafood are expertly soaked in homemade
sauces.
Espinaler
For more than 125 years, Espinaler has specialised in producing gourmet canned fish and seafood. In 1952, they introduced their signature product - the renowned Espinaler sauce. This sauce, a closely guarded family secret, is a unique combination of vinegar, spices and black pepper, resulting in a tangy taste with a spicy kick.
Andres Gavino
Created by a paediatrician who wanted a healthier snack, Andres Gavino has been pleasing customers with their all-natural (free from artificial colours or preservatives) tortas for over a century. Every torta is individually handmade, yielding a delicate and crispy biscuit.
Perelló
Harvested from the olive heartlands of Seville in Andalusia, these plump green Gordal olives have a meaty, firm and crisp texture. Soaked in a zesty brine infused with Guindilla chilli pieces, these olives have a delicate and enduring spicy finish. Perelló, a brand with a heritage of over 50 years, traces its roots back to Gaspar Perelló when he first started selling his olives at Barcelona's famous Boqueria Market.
Lustau S.A.
Established in 1896, Lustau S.A. is celebrated for its award-winning fortified wine, earning the titles of "Best Sherry Producer in 2016" and "Best Fortified Winemaker in 2021" for five consecutive years from the International Wine & Spirit Competition. The Manzanilla Papirusa undergoes a natural ageing process. The albariza soils in Jerez, along with cool temperature, humidity conditions and salty air, contribute to the wine's distinctive profile.
