When you walk into Furanxo, an artisan Spanish bodega and deli in Central London, colourful tinned fish, freshly sliced Jamón and organic, natural wines grace the shelves. Inspired from Andalucia's traditional ultramarinos or abacerias (grocery stores), Furaxno specialises in wine, vermouth, charcuterie and tinned fish, which they source directly from independent Spanish producers. Founded in 2016, Furaxno champions the small Spanish producers and supplies to some of London's top restaurants.
